About 

West Coast Adventure Play (WCAP) is as outdoor team-based adventure and competition program that operates in the Cowichan Valley. This local organization is owned and operated by Selena Martin and was inspired by her love of the outdoors and competition games (like the TV hit series Survivor and The Challenge!).

Selena holds a Master’s degree in leadership and brings over 15 years of professional experience as an educator and facilitator. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with both youth and adults in community, educational, and group-based settings. Her background includes designing and delivering engaging programs and experiential learning activities that build leadership capacity, communication skills, collaboration, and personal growth.
