How do I find the trails?
Easy. Once you make the purchase we will send you a link to the trail head along with details on parking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from all types of credit cards.
When are maps are released?
Maps are released every 2 weeks and we are currently only releasing 10 maps per location. We spend time carefully placing treasures and want to make sure that treasure hunters go home with a specials gift. We want this to be an exclusive experience for our customers and this is why we only sell a limited amount of maps.
What if I uncover the treasure and there isn't a loot bag for my family/group?
We only sell a select amount of maps because we want to make sure that each group goes home with a treasure. If there was nothing in the treasure box when you uncovered it, please send us a text ASAP as there are likely some 'pirates' who have looted the goods.
FAQs
Will I be able to walk/hike these trails?
In order to participate in our treasure hunting expedition it is critical that all members of your group are 100% mobile. Before placing your order please read our map description for details on approximate trail length.
What equipment will I need for the treasure hunt?
We recommend that families/groups bring whatever equipment they would normally bring on a walk/hike. This would include water, snack, sanitizer, warm cloths and comfy shoes.
Given that there will be some digging involved, customers should also bring gloves and 1 or 2 small hand held digging devices. A small garden shovel/spade will be perfect!
Will there be washrooms on the trails?
We expect that customers do their own research to determine whether their are bathroom facilities on the treasure trails. Many of the trails you will be exploring will not have facilities.
What do I do with my garbage?
We expect customers to respect the land and pack out all their garbage from picnics, snacks, etc.
